Texas certification is required for certain positions, including Pre-Kindergarten, Special Education, and ESL/Bilingual roles. For many other positions, we welcome talented educators from both traditional and non-traditional backgrounds who can demonstrate strong potential or a history of student success.

Compensation
Prelude Prep maintains a published salary schedule based on years of experience.
We believe in being transparent about compensation and encourage candidates to review our salary schedule before applying.
In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive stipends for additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Retirement Benefits
All eligible full-time employees participate in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).
Employees may also choose to participate in a 403(b) retirement savings plan.

Our Hiring Process

Video Questions
Selected applicants will receive a brief questionnaire and a few short video response questions. This helps us learn more about your experience, interests, and approach to working with students.
Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a virtual interview with members of our leadership team.
Campus Visit
Final candidates may be invited to visit campus, meet our team, and teach a short demonstration lesson.
